1. Refund Policy

1.1 You have the right to apply for a refund within [15 days] after purchasing the product, but the following conditions must be met:

Items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, unaltered condition.
The original packaging of the item must be intact.
Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

2. Return Policy
